Information I Collect: I collect personal information such as your name, contact details, GP details (where relevant), and information you choose to share during counselling sessions. Session notes are anonymised and securely stored. 2. Purpose of Data Collection: Information is collected to enable the provision of effective counselling services, maintain appropriate records, and ensure your safety and wellbeing. 3. Storage and Security:All records are stored securely in password-protected digital files and/or locked cabinets. Only I, Kay Scally, have access to these records. Data will be retained for a period of seven years after the end of counselling, after which it will be securely destroyed. 4. Sharing Information:Your information is confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except in circumstances where there is a legal or ethical obligation to do so (e.g., risk of serious harm, safeguarding, or terrorism).5.
